Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and shape a high-energy team focused on guest satisfaction. As AGM you will coach staff, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, scheduling, and ensure safety and service standards while supporting the General Manager.

What You'll Do (Your Impact Matters!)

As anAssistant General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of store operations — supporting your General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
• Helping manageinventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
• Leading by example usingJ Team Service Standardswhile performing lube services
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
• EnsuringEnvironmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away

Requirements (What You Bring)

• Valid driver's license
• At least1 year of retail management experience(Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
