This role is vital to restaurant operations because you will:

• Lead key functions: Employee training, food safety, and inventory management
• Be results-oriented: Delegate tasks and report outcomes
• Support the General Manager: Achieve performance and quality standards in:
• Kitchen: Food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
• People: Hiring, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Service: Deliver memorable guest experiences and organize service areas for optimal service
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and efficient operations

To succeed as an Assistant General Manager, you should have:

• HSD or GED preferred
• A passion for helping and serving others
• 1+ years of leadership, motivation, or development experience, or US Military Service
• A commitment to excellence and safety
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and anticipation of customer needs
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
