Job description

Being part of the management team at Chicken Shack, you are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including the appearance of the store and each customer's experience.


Experience in this field or not, we can work with you and help you achieve your goal of becoming the most efficient and respectable manager you can be.


The ideal candidate will possess great leadership qualities, multitasking skills in terms of being able to handle the loads associated with a high-paced environment, the ability to train your staff, and most importantly, keeping everyone motivated to work together and service every customer as you would like to be treated.


Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  2. Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  3. Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  4. Train and manage kitchen personnel
  5. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  6. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:

This is not your typical fast food establishment; this is a fast-paced family dining experience and all your food is cooked to order.
