Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Virginia Woodbridge is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will keep every department running, drive revenue on the floor, and ensure guests leave eager to return. When the GM is away, you own the shift, the team, and the results.

You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar and events; hire, train and coach hourly staff; manage daily financials; and implement promotions with the GM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across a multi-department environment.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• A floor-first management style; you lead by being present, not by directing from a distance.
• Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and direct P&L impact.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
