Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, the team, the financials, and the culture of your center, leading from the floor and building a place people genuinely want to come back to.

You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events while driving daily sales through guest engagement, events, and marketing, and you will build high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue (entertainment, hospitality, or full-service restaurant)
• A proven record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control
• A track record of building and developing leadership teams from the ground up
• A visible, floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
