The Henry by Fox Restaurant Concepts in Nashville is seeking a General Manager with 5+ years of high-volume restaurant leadership to drive guest experiences and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial targets.

• Coach and develop restaurant team to maintain high performance.
• Monitor product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Drive guest experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Utilize POS systems and OpenTable to manage reservations and sales.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to uphold brand standards.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
