Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced property. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, ensuring exceptional service and solid financial results.

You will motivate teams, solve problems, and uphold brand standards while acting as Manager on Duty when required. This role offers growth into a General Manager path.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience is highly preferred (2+ years).
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about hospitality and building strong teams.

The Role
