Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager in Austin, TX to lead front- and back-of-house teams and uphold operating standards in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and coach staff to achieve performance goals while delivering a memorable guest experience in a dynamic venue.

Formación

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• 21+ years of age.
• Proven ability to manage cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen and guest-centric leadership.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Comfort with working weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-noise environment.

Job Description: THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house and back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
