D1 TRAINING located in the Town of Florida, NY, is seeking a General Manager to serve as the key point of contact for members, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will manage sales operations while facilitating member engagement and progress check-ins.

The ideal candidate must possess at least an Associate degree and have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, along with strong sales skills. The position offers a competitive salary between $45,000.00 and $55,000.00 per year, inclusive of various benefits.

• Knowledge of gym and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key point of contact for members, focusing on D1 customer experience.
• Assist with member progress check-ins.
• Set up new memberships in the POS system.
• Collect and process payments.
• Provide front desk sales and information.
• Assist with special events.
• Manage all sales.
