Your Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You'll support the General Manager in driving results, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. • Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality's unique culture

• Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
• Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
• Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Experience with brand systems preferred
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
