Resolute Road Hospitality's Hampton Inn & Suites in Tigard, Oregon seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the General Manager to set clear goals, maintain brand standards, manage labor and expenses, and foster a culture of service excellence and integrity.

This role requires hands-on leadership, coaching across departments, and collaboration to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service focus.
• Experience with brand standards and hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality's culture.
• Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability.
• Build a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.
• Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate goals and expectations.

Your Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends

• Experience with brand systems preferred

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
