Job summary

Sgt. Clean is seeking a Retail Store Assistant General Manager in Strongsville, OH to lead daily car wash operations and drive our CARES culture. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic process improvements and use data to benchmark performance.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, team development, and a hands-on approach to growth. The position supports a 45-hour work week with compensation that reflects base pay, overtime, profit sharing, and commission

Compensation Package:

• Total annual compensation $54,500 – $63,500 (includes hourly pay, overtime pay, profit sharing, commission)
• 401(k) with 3% company match per company policy
