Nbutexas is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor the next generation of leaders. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety and quality, and manage staffing and costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or a related customer-service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable analyzing operational data to improve performance.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Lead daily operations to ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Assist with inventory, labor management, and cost control processes.
• Foster a welcoming, guest-first culture by addressing guest needs and resolving issues professionally.
• Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the restaurant.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and support community engagement efforts.
