Job summary

Drury Hotels in Sharonville, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance, delivering outstanding guest experiences while coaching teams to excel. You will train, develop, and mentor staff, drive key metrics in quality, service, and profitability, and model the Drury Way of hospitality across all departments.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred and at least one year of supervisory experience with proven leadership.

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel experience preferred.
