Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all daily operations in the assigned market, managing sales, service, installations, and operational processes to ensure performance and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of operational experience in home improvement settings and 3+ years of management or training experience, with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred) and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years’ management or training experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.
• Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.
• Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.
• Lead field sales initiatives.
• Coaches and develops sales teams.

Compensation Information:
$100,000 - $110,000 annually plus bonus
