Layne's Chicken Fingers in Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead one location and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, train and develop team members, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor quality, and ensure health and safety compliance in a fast-paced restaurant culture.

This role offers growth as Layne's expands across the state.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, fast food or drive-thru preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

Join Layne's Chicken Fingers, the Texas-born chicken finger restaurant since 1994! We’re growing fast and looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our locations and support the General Manager in creating an amazing team and guest experience.

About the Role

As an Assistant GM, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager-handing oversee daily operations, train and develop team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll thrive in a fun, fast-paced culture that takes food seriously-but not ourselves.
