Layne’s Chicken Fingers in Arkansas seeks an Assistant General Manager to be the right hand to the General Manager, overseeing daily operations, training, and staff development while delivering a top guest experience.

You will lead scheduling, inventory control, and ensure health and safety standards are met in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment that values quality and humor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems. ServSafe certification a plus

Join Layne’s Chicken Fingers, the Texas-born chicken finger restaurant since 1994! We’re growing fast and looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our locations and support the General Manager in creating an amazing team and guest experience.

About the Role
