Job summary

Layne’s Chicken Fingers in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our locations and support the General Manager in creating an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, train and develop teammates, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards while upholding our fast-paced, fun culture. This role offers growth opportunities as we expand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

About the Role
