Layne’s Chicken Fingers in Arkansas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our locations and support the General Manager in creating an exceptional team and guest experience. You’ll steer daily operations, coach staff, and ensure fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

About The Role
