Buc-ee's is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Robertsdale, AL. The role leads a store team to uphold Buc-ee’s standards in the absence of the Store General Manager and focuses on customer service, product quality, and sales operations.

Qualifications

• Degree from college or university; or 1-2 years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in job related field.
• Retail or management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties and responsibilities of the Store General Manager in their absence.
• Illustrate knowledge of POS and transaction devices.
• Reconcile shift reports and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Communicate with the Store General Manager and employees.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage store employees.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, and work rotating day/night shifts.
• Join team to promote a clean, friendly, in-stock experience for customers.

Assistant General Manager provides passion about leading a store team to uphold Buc-ee’s standards in the absence of the Store General Manager. The Assistant General Manager should have ability to manage store personnel, ensure product quality, and promote customer service.
