Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of operating the department with emphasis on customer service and cleanliness.
• Support Food Service Manager in daily tasks and coverage in their absence.
• Manage product offerings including jerky, smoked meats, BBQ, bakery, grab-and-go items.
• Ensure safety rules and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Prepare operating reports and maintain quality standards.
