Job summary

Native Grill & Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead front and back of house teams, and ensure adherence to service and food standards. The role reports to the General Manager and includes managing staff, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, budgeting experience, and excellent communication.

• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
• Serve as acting General Manager in the absence of the General Manager.
