Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley is recruiting a Hotel Leader to oversee the largest team in the house. You will drive guest service excellence, coach supervisors, and partner with department leaders to meet profitability targets.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality leadership experience, a track record of mentorship, and a passion for serving guests. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a family-owned hotel system with nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
• Passion to serve others and exceed our guests' expectations
