Trulieve in Panama City Beach, FL, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional patient service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong cash handling, team development for a 40+ member staff, and the ability to drive service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.You will collaborate with leadership to optimize store performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or training in retail/ customer service.
• Prior management experience is preferred in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must be able to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Able to communicate with customers and staff in English and maintain confidentiality.

ROLESUMMARY

TheAssistantGeneralManagersupports the General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperations of the store.This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results
• Maintainbrand standardsin visual merchandising
• Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsandwork with the general manager and other leaders toassurethat any changes are communicated to employees
• Along with the General Manager, providecoaching, training, and developmentto the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meetspecific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalationswhenon duty
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• AssisttheGeneral Manager in managinglaborbudget to meet the needs of the business

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• Twoyearsofrelatedexperienceand/ortraining orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Mustpossesstheabilitytotrain,developandevaluateateam of40+employees
• Strong interpersonal skillsand professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
