Job summary

Trulieve in Dunwoody, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient experience. You will drive service standards, manage inventory, contribute to a positive sales environment, and help coach a team of 40+ employees.

The role is hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customerservice area.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only).
• Must be able to pass a level1 and level2 background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results
• Maintainbrand standardsin visual merchandising
• Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsandwork with the general manager and other leaders toassurethat any changes are communicated to employees
• Along with the General Manager, providecoaching, training, and developmentto the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meetspecific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalationswhenon duty
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• AssisttheGeneral Manager in managinglaborbudget to meet the needs of the business
• Maintainstrictconfidentialityandcompliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management
• 40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
