Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Retail team in Whitehall, PA. This role partners with the General Manager to oversee store operations, inventory control, and customer service excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistent brand standards.

The position requires coaching a 40+ person team, managing labor budgets, and maintaining confidentiality across daily activities. Strong communication and data-analysis skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Coaching, training, and development of the team focused on service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget.

ROLESUMMARY

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
