Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Newnan, GA, to support the General Manager in leading store operations, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory. This hourly role requires strong service standards, adherence to state regulations, and a focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The position emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and development of a 40+ member team, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the GM and other leaders to inform employees of changes.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team on service standards and accountability to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the GM in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

ROLESUMMARY

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
