Job summary

Trulieve, a leader in the fast-growing cannabis industry, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Fort Myers to guide daily operations, staff, and store performance. You will partner with the General Manager to uphold service standards and achieve sales targets, while maintaining regulatory compliance and a strong customer experience.

The role requires 40–45 hours weekly with flexible scheduling and offers bonus opportunities along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality awareness.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.

ROLESUMMARY

TheAssistantGeneralManagersupports the General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperations of the store.This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results

Maintainbrand standardsin visual merchandising

Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations

Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsandwork with the general manager and other leaders toassurethat any changes are communicated to employees

Along with the General Manager, providecoaching, training, and developmentto the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meetspecific objectives

Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory

Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalationswhenon duty

Maintain professional working relationships with business partners

AssisttheGeneral Manager in managinglaborbudget to meet the needs of the business

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
