IHG in Okemos, MI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run all hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring brand standards and smooth daily operations across departments.

We’re looking for a proven leader with at least 2 years in hotel management, strong communication, and a track record of building high-performing teams while delivering outstanding service and sales support initiatives.

• Experienced in hotel management (minimum 2 years).
• Strong communicator with verbal and written skills.
• Knowledgeable about hotel operations and competitive markets.
