Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a Texas favorite since 1994, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead one of our locations in a fast-paced, fun environment. You’ll oversee all operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

As GM, you’ll drive sales, manage costs, and uphold health and safety standards while growing within a supportive culture that values heart, hustle, and humor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast casual, fast food, or drive-thru settings.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with strong communication abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems; ServSafe certification preferred.
