Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a Texas-born chicken finger restaurant since 1994, seeks an Assistant General Manager to help lead one location and support the GM in building an amazing team and guest experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling, inventory oversight, and ensuring health and safety standards while growing with the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

About The Role
