Job summary

Ron Jaworski Golf seeks an experienced Management leader to oversee daily golf operations at Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will lead a diverse team including the Director of Golf, Sales, and F&B, drive membership and guest satisfaction, and collaborate on budgeting and revenue forecasting.

The role requires 3–5 years in golf or hospitality operations, strong P&L skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related Golf and/or F&B Operations Management experience.
• Proven ability to manage P&L's and budgets.
• Strong business aptitude and service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations, managing a talented team including the Director of Golf, Sales Team, and F&B Managers.
• Drive membership sales with goal-setting, strategy, and excellent member relations.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by addressing concerns and fostering a positive environment.
• Ensure open communication through daily club walk-throughs and routine inspections of operations.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on budget creation, revenue analysis, and expense forecasting.
• Develop Food and Beverage knowledge, overseeing outside F&B, Tavern, and Catering facilities.
• Implement revenue-generating strategies and assist in managing the reservation system.
• Plan and coordinate special events, aligning with the financial goals of the club.
• Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Support Ron Jaworski Golf initiatives and programs as directed.

Working Conditions
