Ron Jaworski Golf in Galloway Township is seeking a Part Time Tavern Server/Bartender to provide excellent customer service in a vibrant golf club environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, preparing drinks, and ensuring a high-quality experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Ability to operate computerized cash register system.
• Must be able to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre‑mixed drinks.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Learn the names of regulars and recognize them.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware
• Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre‑mixed drinks

Working Conditions

• Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
• Work weekends and holidays
• Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending

Qualifications
