Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager with 4-5 years of restaurant management to lead daily operations and guest experiences in Mason City, IA. You will manage the restaurant team, drive marketing efforts, and ensure P&L results are strong.

You will oversee training, performance, and engagement, while supporting community connections and fundraising initiatives. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement and manage teams.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
