Chick-fil-A Lansing is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support a guest-centric team in Lansing, MI. You will supervise, train, and develop staff, coordinate catering, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff OR back of house staff
• Supervise, train and develop employees
• Coordinate with all staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery
• Plan and execute catering orders and deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
• Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction
• Balance cash drawers and maintain cash accountability

Assistant Store Manager Job Requirements
