Responsibilities include overseeing front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, budgeting, and vendor management, with opportunities for advancement within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems (PMS) a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
