Q39 is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead busy shifts at Q39 Midtown in Kansas City. You will oversee daily operations, coach managers, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.

You will partner with the General Manager to manage costs, financials, and profitability, while building a positive culture where guests return and teammates feel valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience including supervising other managers.
• Experience managing a full bar program in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to understand and manage P&L responsibilities with GM.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience, including supervising other managers.
• Experience managing a full bar program in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to understand and manage P&L responsibilities in partnership with the GM.
• Proven ability to coach leaders, develop talent, and build strong teams.
• Proficiency with Micros, Microsoft Excel, and hiring best practices.
