As a key people leader, you will oversee scheduling, training, performance management, and KPI reporting while working to develop talent and foster a collaborative store culture. This position supports our rapid growth and customer-first philosophy.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

The Assistant General Manager is a salaried people leader. It directly manages the sales team, coaches’ execution, holds accountability, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
