Dave & Buster's Gainesville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth. You will oversee staffing, training, and cost controls while ensuring adherence to standards.

The role demands weekend/night/holiday availability and the ability to manage high-volume days, including 100K days, to deliver a memorable entertainment-driven dining experience.
