Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a franchise location in the United States. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, lead and train the team, and drive daily operations in the manager's absence. The role emphasizes coaching, recognizing staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The position is with a Taco Bell franchisee; wage and benefits vary by franchisee. The stated pay range is $14.00 to $24.48 per hour with potential bonuses and advancement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 18+ required.
• Background check required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable private transportation.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

• Ensure products are made to standard and guest metrics followed.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards and facility upkeep.
• Assist in new product training rollouts.
• Assist in hiring, training and developing team members.
• Help achieve restaurant financial goals.
• Track and analyze sales, labor, inventory and controls daily.
• Take corrective actions to exceed targets.
• Provide feedback on new hire performance.

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. The pay range for the position is $14.00 per hour - $24.48 per hour

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Products are made to standard. Ensures all Guest Metrics are followed
• Ensures compliance of all Food Safety Standards including the physical plant
• Assists in proper execution of all new product training rollouts
• Assists in the hiring, training, and development of new Team Members
• Assists in achieving all financial goals of the restaurant
• Tracks and Analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls daily
• Takes corrective action to ensure the Restaurant exceeds targets
• Provides feedback to the management team on new hire performance
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through use of preventative maintenance program
• Understands the language on Coaching Report

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum age of 18 years is required
• Must pass background check
• Valid Drivers' License
• Must have reliable private transportation
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience. Food service experience is a plus.
• Able to perform basic math
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends
