They serve as the first officers to the captain of this ship, overseeing daily operations, training, inventory, scheduling, safety, sanitation, and guest service.

Requirements

• Must be 21 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexible to work 45-55+ hours weekly, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self-disciplined with initiative
• Experience developing team members into higher roles
• Dedication to exceptional hospitality and guest service
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate diverse staff
• 2-3 years restaurant management experience
