The Restaurant Assistant General Manager is essential to Snappy Salads. They embody our culture, provide excellent hospitality, and lead by example. They are responsible for running the restaurant in the General Manager's absence, overseeing operations such as training, inventory, scheduling, safety, sanitation, and guest service.

About Snappy Salads: Since 2006, we've offered customizable salads made quickly with quality ingredients in a vibrant setting. With 14 locations in the DFW area, our mission extends beyond nutritious meals to include sustainability and team recognition, fostering a healthier world and workplace.

Requirements: Candidates must be 21+, authorized to work in the U.S., able to work 45+ hours/week including weekends and holidays, self-motivated, dedicated to hospitality, skilled in interpersonal relations, and have 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
