Punch Bowl Social is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a high-volume restaurant and bar. You will oversee operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
• Experience in industry specific financial reporting.
• Proficient in Aloha, Excel, Word & Wisely a plus.
• Ability to work a schedule aligned with restaurant/bar volume.
• Must be able to stand and move quickly for up to six hours; able to lift 25–50 lbs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention and service
• Hosting our guests and creating memorable experiences
• Upholding and managing all brand standards.
• Responsible for efficient and effective management of Punch Bowl Social
• Ensuring quality in service, both in production and execution
• Assisting in oversight of 100+ employees
• Assisting in all functional areas of operations management
• Assisting in financial reporting, evaluation and analysis
• Utilizing all available data/resources to understand and report on applicable store performance
• Assisting in personnel training, maintenance, and all HR issues
• Providing coaching, counseling, appropriate documentation, and employee development for all staff
• Overseeing and maintain all in-house cash handling procedures

Salary Range: $70,000 - 75,000 annually

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar
• Experience in industry specific financial reporting
• Proficient in Aloha, Excel, Word & Wisely a plus
• Have the ability to work a schedule that is consistent with restaurant/bar volume
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in length
• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift 25-50 lbs
