Job summary

Punch Bowl Social is hiring servers to join a social, fast-paced team. You will deliver memorable guest experiences, explain menu options in detail, and showcase craft cocktails and local beers. This role emphasizes guest care, teamwork, and the ability to thrive during busy periods.

You should be confident communicating with guests, handling questions, and supporting allergen awareness. Training on our service steps and TOAST POS will be provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years old.
• High-volume restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Able to explain menu items and accommodate dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Create standout guest experiences with your team.
• Assist guests with menu navigation and allergens.
• Highlight craft cocktails, beers, and beverages.
• Guide guests to get the most from Punch Bowl Social.
• Follow brand service steps and enter orders via TOAST POS.
• Maintain a tidy server station and assist with stocking.

• Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments
• Keeping tables dialed in - everything guests need, nothing they dont
• Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station
