Job summary

Job Duties:

The primary role is for Assistant General Manager is to contribute to the success of the team and is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant.

• Manage labor, COGS, weekly and monthly inventory.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team while promoting a culture of excellence.
• Conduct shift meetings twice daily and provide clear direction and accountability.
• Maintain company equipment and protect company assets.
• Maintain a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Communicate with your supervisor promptly regarding situations requiring guidance or clarification.
