Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team through training, coaching, and recognition. You will lead daily operations in the GM's absence and drive excellent customer experiences.

This role offers a 50-hour week with 40 hours of regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, plus a comprehensive benefits package and tuition assistance reflecting Taco Bell's commitment to growth and work-life balance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and belonging.
• Support P&L management including cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
