Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Goodlettsville property. You will help lead daily operations across departments and work closely with the General Manager to drive results while upholding our culture of integrity and teamwork.

This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. A proven leadership background in hospitality is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality.
• Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience with brand standards and guest service.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Your Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll support the General Manager in driving results, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
• Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
• Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Experience with brand systems preferred
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
