Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and elevate guest experiences at our Atlanta locations. You will collaborate with the General Manager on finances, staffing, and guest relations to ensure top-tier service.

You will drive staff development, engage with local vendors and farms, and uphold high standards for food quality and service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for Success:

• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
