Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Goshen, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive memorable guest experiences. This role emphasizes authentic hospitality, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence across our restaurants and hotel concepts.

You will oversee finances, inventory, menu development, and staff mentorship while collaborating with local vendors and the community to source outstanding ingredients and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably upscale.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations including inventory, cost control, and menu development.

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
