The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations and guest service at one of our acclaimed restaurants. You will collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure exceptional dining experiences, operational excellence, and a culture of service and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant management, upscale preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams toward operational and financial goals.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory, cost control, and menu development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
